This 60 min. video explores the whole area of the beautiful Chilterns, from Dunstable Downs, to the Thames Valley in Oxfordshire, discovering its wonderful scenery, wildlife and history.   Among the many fascinating places we shall visit are the cottage where Milton wrote "Paradise Lost", the 17th Century Quaker Meeting House, where William Penn (founder of Pennsylvania) lies buried and the Mayflower Barn, built of timbers from the famous ship of that name.   We also find out why the mayor of High Wycombe is weighed every year!
